Valentmedica is a medical travel company rather than a clinic. We do not own the hospitals or employ the surgeons — we assess patients, select and name the clinician, arrange the logistics and provide aftercare. That distinction is set out in detail on our about us page.
Mission and principles
Four principles, written as things we can be held to rather than as values we aspire to.
A clinician decides, before a price exists
No patient is quoted before a surgeon or dentist has reviewed their case. A refusal on clinical grounds is final and cannot be overridden commercially. This is the principle most expensive to hold and the one most worth judging us on.
Everything checkable, in writing, before payment
Surgeon name and registration number, facility name and licence, the fixed price, the exclusions, the stay length and what happens if a complication occurs. All of it before a deposit, so you can verify rather than trust.
Honest where it costs us
Pages on this site argue against the treatment they describe, tell patients to arrange some treatments at home, and point out where their own health service might fund something we would otherwise be paid for. A site that only sells is a site that cannot be trusted on the pages where it matters.
The relationship does not end at the airport
Twelve months of structured aftercare, with scheduled check-ins and a surgeon reviewing photographs. The weakest point in medical travel is the moment the patient lands back home, and treating that as the end of the transaction is the sector's defining failure.

Verifying it is really us
Impersonation is a real problem in medical travel. Here is how to check, and what we will never do.
Medical travel attracts impersonation because the patients are high-value, often anxious, and frequently communicating with strangers on messaging apps. Operators set up accounts using established companies' names, photographs and patient results, take deposits and disappear. It happens often enough that every reputable company should publish how to check.
What Valentmedica will never do
- Ask you to pay a deposit before a clinician has assessed your case and you have a written quote.
- Ask for payment by cryptocurrency, gift card, money transfer service or to a personal bank account.
- Pressure you to decide within hours, or offer a discount that expires today.
- Refuse to give you the surgeon's name and registration number before payment.
- Contact you first through social media direct messages offering treatment.
- Ask for your passport or financial details through an unsecured channel.
How to check
- Compare the phone number against the one published on this site: +90 000 000 00 00.
- Check the website address carefully. Impersonators use close variants with extra words, hyphens or different endings.
- Ask for the company registration and health tourism authorisation numbers, and check them.
- Ask for the surgeon's name and Ministry of Health registration number, and verify independently.
- If anything is inconsistent, stop and contact us through the details on this site rather than through the channel that approached you.
Corporate identity: frequently asked questions
Valentmedica, based in Istanbul and operating under Turkish Ministry of Health authorisation as an international health tourism intermediary. Registration, tax and authorisation numbers are provided on request to patients, partners and journalists.
No. We are a medical travel company: we assess patients clinically before quoting, select and name the surgeon, arrange the logistics and provide aftercare. We do not own the hospitals or employ the surgeons, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.
Unmodified, in a factual listing or directory entry, without asking. In advertising, on packaging or in any way implying partnership or endorsement, you need written permission. Use the supplied files and do not redraw or recolour them.
Short extracts with attribution and a link to the source page, yes. Reproducing substantial portions of our treatment guides or FAQ answers requires written permission.
No, under any circumstances. They are published under specific patient consent that does not extend to third parties, and reusing them would breach that consent regardless of attribution.
Navy 950 (#061a33) as the primary, with Navy 900, Steel 500, Steel 400, Ice 200 and Ice 50 as the supporting palette. Typefaces are Plus Jakarta Sans and Manrope, both under the SIL Open Font License.
Compare the phone number with the one published here, check the website address carefully for close variants, and ask for company registration and authorisation numbers. If anything is inconsistent, contact us through the details on this site rather than replying to whoever approached you.
Never. Nor by money transfer service or to a personal bank account. Nor would we ask for a deposit before a clinician has assessed you and you have a written quote. Any of those is a clear sign you are not dealing with us.
We respond to enquiries, but we do not initiate contact by direct message offering treatment. An unsolicited message offering a discount on surgery is not from us.
Through the form on this page or the published contact details. We will provide company details, verifiable accreditation information and factual answers, and we would rather answer a difficult question than decline it.
See our partnerships page, which sets out what we look for and — equally relevant — the arrangements we decline, including any that pay for referrals on a commission basis.
Our terms of use, privacy policy and cookie policy are published on this site, and your treatment terms are set out in your written quote before you pay anything.
