What is included
Every journey your treatment plan requires, in a private vehicle with an English-speaking driver, at no additional cost.
- Airport to hotel on arrival, from either Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen (SAW).
- Hotel to hospital or clinic and back, for every appointment in your plan — assessment day, treatment day, follow-up visits and your final check.
- Hospital to hotel on discharge, which is the transfer that matters most and the one patients most often have to arrange themselves elsewhere.
- Hotel to airport on departure, timed against your actual flight.
- Your companion travels with you at no extra charge on every journey.
- Additional medical journeys if your plan changes — an unscheduled review, a second imaging appointment.
How it works on the day
Your driver tracks your flight, meets you inside the terminal, and your coordinator knows when you have landed before you do.
- Before you fly: you send your flight numbers to your coordinator as soon as you book. Not the times — the numbers, so your arrival can be tracked.
- If your flight is delayed: the driver is updated automatically. You do not need to call anyone, and there is no charge for waiting.
- On arrival: your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, past baggage reclaim and customs. If you cannot see them, call your coordinator.
- The drive: 45–75 minutes from Istanbul Airport, 60–90 from Sabiha Gökçen, depending on traffic. Water is in the vehicle.
- Hotel check-in: your driver takes you to reception and waits until you are checked in, which matters if there is any confusion over the booking.
- Every subsequent journey: your coordinator confirms the pick-up time the evening before, by WhatsApp. The driver waits for you rather than the other way round.
- Departure: your driver collects you with enough margin for the airport you are flying from, and helps with luggage — which matters after abdominal surgery.
Vehicles and accessibility
Private vehicles sized to your group, with specific arrangements for patients who cannot sit comfortably or need extra space.

If you need something specific
- After a BBL: tell your coordinator. The vehicle is arranged so you can travel on your BBL pillow, and the driver knows not to expect you to sit normally.
- After abdominal or body surgery: a vehicle with a higher seat and easier access is used, because getting in and out of a low saloon is genuinely difficult.
- Wheelchair access: available on request. Tell your coordinator at the booking stage rather than on the day.
- Travelling with a child or an elderly relative: car seats and additional assistance can be arranged in advance.
- Extra luggage: tell us. A vehicle with insufficient boot space at one in the morning is an avoidable problem.
What is not included
Transfers for your treatment plan are included. Journeys unrelated to treatment are not, and we would rather say so than leave it ambiguous.
- Sightseeing, shopping trips and restaurant journeys. Istanbul taxis and ride-hailing apps are inexpensive, and your coordinator will advise on the safest options.
- Transfers for a companion arriving or departing separately from you.
- Journeys outside Istanbul.
- Transfers during an extended stay you have chosen to take after your treatment plan is complete, though we can arrange them at cost.
- Additional vehicles where your group is larger than the booking we were given.
If you want a driver for personal journeys during your stay, your coordinator can arrange it at cost and tell you the price in advance. We do not add it silently.

Enough for the journey. Your coordinator handles anything more involved and is reachable by WhatsApp throughout, including while you are in the car.
